I’m probably not the first to say this, but it is good to be back at KPSU College Radio to deliver the first winter review of Wonder Woman 2017 from the DCEU as one of the better films to ever come out of the DC universe that died trying to be like the MCU. While there are a lot of bad movies ( especially with some actors still being involved in the franchise despite their criminal records), there were still some good movies that were able to come out of it as well. I believe that Wonder Woman is one of those good movies that not only stands as a good origin story for the popular character but still holds up better today. There’s good acting, exciting action pieces, and an overall good story that discusses how not everything in the world is always black and white. Is it flawed? Yeah, but it’s still a good watch if you want to see the good movies before jumping into a new reboot of the DC universe.
