Hey y’all! This week, I dived into the groovy 1960s and psychedelic rock. So many groovy tunes played today and even introduced a Portland based band, The Sonic Splits. I hope y’all enjoy this weeks episode and make sure to tune in every Wednesday from 1-2pm!
Everyone knows that the Beatles sounded great together and were revolutionary to the evolution of modern music. But think about how each member of the band had their own unique personality in the songs that they wrote, both before and after the band split in 1969. In the next four shows of Jammin’ with Lily, I will explore the music of each member of The Beatles in their solo careers. Join me as I pick apart their characteristics, inspirations, and desires.
