36. Portland (LOST)

Episode 36: Portland is long overdue. It’s been rough with school and personal issues in mind. However, I will post future episodes as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience, everyone. In the meantime, enjoy the shows! -TH
Due to a music downloading issue, Episode 36’s link is not posted. This will be recovered soon.
Rain, rain, and more rain. What else is new in Portland? Protests? That’s the norm right now, especially with the current White House administration. I know people are afraid of what’s going on. I am, too. We can’t cower in fear if we don’t act, though. As I said time and time again, you have the power to make a change in this nation. You belong to stay and live with people you know and love as much as citizens do. I don’t care if you’re male, female, transgender, POC, white, undocumented, or anything else, you deserve to stay.
Politics aside, it’s time to experiment! Featuring music from Eric Cheng and Dan Mason, today’s episode is a representation of Portland. Finally, something great! (No intention to disrespect the previous and future episodes.)
I’ve been playing Super Motherload recently, a successor to the online Flash game, Motherload. I enjoyed the game when I was around nine or ten years old. Man, I liked it a lot. XGen Studios, you did a great job. It’s a shame Skye Boyes died over a year ago. I didn’t know him personally, but hearing his death has hit me hard. What scares me is the fact my childhood memories are coming back in horrible ways, like the liquidation of Hollywood Video and the anxiety I had every now and then. I understand this is a part of our lives and we must cope with whatever life throws at us. It is a wake-up call to reality, though.
Anyways, there’s no time to be sad. Just lay down and hear the electronic music cleanse your mind.
This episode’s for you, Ethan. Thanks for being a caring and exceptional supervisor PSU’s Transportation and Parking Services can ask for. I wish you good luck!
