Episode 8: Music for a Bath

Written by on January 1, 2017

The profoundly relaxing cover of Stanley Wilson’s Pagan Love (1961).

This week on the Road to Nowhere, sink into a warm bath of seductive exotic vibes. Close your eyes, then open them on deep green jungles, lost beaches, and ancient cities seen through cherry blossom showers. However, loath as I am to burst your bubble, you can’t stay in the bath forever (I’ve tried). Consequently, the second half of our show will lean towards gritty, high-energy soul and psych to get the blood flowing . . . to all the right places.

That’s more like it.
