The Rant Room: Episode 13

Welcome back to The Rant Room! I did not expect the issues to be resolved quickly, but yesterday’s episode was recorded just fine! Here’s hoping the same will be true for future episodes.

In yesterday’s episode, we talked about the concept of mortality and the end of all things. It may seem depressing to discuss, but it’s still very real and we just go about our lives without ever giving it much thought. Because of this, I devoted yesterday’s episode to reminding us all that, despite our best efforts, we will all die one day… so what do we want to do before we go? What really matters most to us while we’re still here? The universe will ultimately forget about you and all that remains of your existence, so you should always try and live not for others but instead for yourself.

The Rant Room is one of the only KPSU shows playing music entirely off of vinyl, and today’s mix featured artists like Little Club, Peach Pit and Gorillaz.
