The Rant Room: Episode 12

Welcome back to The Rant Room! Unfortunately, we’ve had some issues with the broadcasting studio not recording our episodes, so until that gets fixed these blog posts will not be featuring any episode recordings, so if you want to stay up to date with our discussions then be sure to tune next Sunday at 6pm to hear us live!

In last week’s episode, we delved into the topic of anxiety disorders (AD) and what classifies as an AD (there are several types). We discussed the symptoms of Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, PTSD and OCD as well as going into the various treatments (both with medication and therapy) for these disorders.

The Rant Room is one of the only KPSU shows playing music entirely off of vinyl, and today’s mix featured artists like Peach Pit, Muse and Cavetown.
