The Brown Box

The Brown Box is a radio DJ hosted by Sofía Ramírez, a queer Latinx originally from Los Angeles. The radio show only plays music made by people who are QTPOC (queer and/ or trans people of color), allowing Portland listeners to hear narratives of people normally not given the platforms to tell their stories.
