Hello and welcome back, thanks for tuning in!
This week we chatted about all things Wallows! I was fortunate enough to see them four times on tour, including opening and closing night of their North American leg. Portland was opening night of tour, which was incredible. The anticipation of what was going to happen put butterflies in everyones stomach and a smile on their faces. Having opening night of tour be in my hometown was an amazing experience. Their setlist was so good, and it was lots of fun being surprised by every single song. Seattle I spent at the B stage, getting to be up close for the acoustic songs. They played “Pulling Leaves Off Trees,” one of my favorites. A month later I flew out to Denver, and saw them perform at the breathtaking venue Red Rocks. They had special guest “Double Play” who are Braeden Lemasters and Dylan Minnettes’ dads. Lastly I went to their show at the Forum in LA, which was closing night of tour. So many fans traveled from all over to attend this show, and gave all their energy in the crowd that night. It was amazing to follow one of my favorite bands to a few shows this summer, and I had so much fun meeting so many friends and singing along to shows.
