Tonight is all Dengue Fever, an amazing Cambodian Rock Band I recently got to see in concert! They have beautiful music that combines skillful instrumentation with the lead singer, Nimol’s, voice as she sings in both Khmer and English. I discovered from their work with the stage play Cambodian Rock Band, which delves into the history of Cambodia’s influence on music, as well as the horrible genocide that happened to them. One of my favorite bands of all time!
