On this week’s show I actually got to use it for its pre-covid purpose: to talk about an upcoming show! Saturday September 12th Portland experimental dream-pop outfit Starover Blue play a unique virtual show, ‘Starover Blue and Friends Play Spacegeist’ in aid of two independent venues and Portland’s Black Resilience Fund. The two venues, Portland’s own Doug Fir Lounge and San Jose’s Art Boutiki, represent the two cities in which founding members Kendall Sallay and Dirk Milotz have lived and played music in since founding Starover Blue in 2007.
