I’m wondering if you would consider featuring my 15-year-old daughter, Nyah and her music on your “Let Me Introduce” show? Or at least sharing her new Christmas song with your audience? Based on what i’ve heard here, I think your audience might really like her second single, Flowers On My Grave!

Nyah just released her first original Christmas tune last Thursday, called Maybe It’s A Christmas Song. Here’s the full song/lyric video: https://youtu.be/-FUkCpNa9NQ

She released 3 other songs in 2019, including her debut single, Empty Spaces, for which she performed live on both KVAL TV and KMTR TV in Eugene on February 15. The Empty Spaces Official Music Video was shot in Florence and Los Angeles: https://youtu.be/t7tkIqvlXQM while the Director’s Cut was filmed 100% in Florence and the surrounding area with lots of local faces: https://youtu.be/1ACahNmSVDE She released Flowers On My Grave in August and Midnight in September.

Nyah has been a National Anthem performer for the Ducks since she was 10 years old. In fact we were just at Matt Knight Arena last Friday for the Oregon vs Oregon State Volleyball match. We will be back on December 28 for Women’s Basketball and on January 9 for Men’s Basketball (and also on January 3 but that’s for her 9-year-old brother’s performance!) She started with the Eugene Emeralds when she was 12 and the Portland Trailblazers when she was 13.

She was on KXCR 90.7FM today (and again tomorrow at 6PM) and will be on KXCJ 105.7FM next Monday. I can send you the audio file for the KXCR segment if you want to see what she sounds like on the radio, but not until after it airs tomorrow evening (just let me know).

Here is an article in The Siuslaw News that just came out today: https://thesiuslawnews.com/article/maybe-its-a-christmas-song-maybe-its-nyahs-new-single

You can hear samples or download her music, see pics, etc. at http://www.nyahtheunicorn.com (you can also stream her music on all major streaming platforms). You can follow her on Facebook to keep informed of what she has coming up https://www.facebook.com/nyahtheunicorn/

I’ll be happy to send you the mp3 audio files of all of her currently released singles if you’d like (just let me know). She will also release her debut EP first quarter of 2020.

Thank you so much for taking the time to listen!

Hi Robin! Just a heads up Nyah will be live on KSFL Tuesday 1/28 at 9:45am. Wondering if you might be able to take a listen (check her out on the radio) or even have her stop by KPSU while we are in the area. Please let me know. Just a reminder, her EP “Disconnected” dropped last Friday and is now available on all major streaming platforms.

      Thanks!

      Scott
