We then venture into some wilder territories beginning with New Wave outfit The Fixx and their bonafide MTV classic “One Thing Leads to Another”, whose title foreshadows our playlists new direction that comes equipped with the folkier sunshine sounds from our friends Paul and Linda McCartney with Wings and “Bip Bop”, along with others. Ending it all, is a trio of reinvented Southern charmers; Houston Grunge rockers Toadies, a wild and Soulful reimagining of Neil Young’s “Southern Man” from the wonderfully powerful vocalist of “Gimme Shelter” duetting fame, and closing it all off with a stunning reimagining of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young and Jimi Hendrix classic songs by The Isley Brothers.
