Creations for Continuity is a Portland based, arctic-rooted (Inuvialuit & Inuit) jeweler featuring hand crafted pieces made with traditional Arctic First Nations materials and beads. Creations for Continuity is inspired by continuing on the traditions of Creating works of art with natural materials and techniques native to the land. Her work primarily focuses on porcupine quills and glass beads although her mediums span to materials such as baleen (whale), walrus ivory, and tanned caribou hide. She strives to bring a modern and contemporary edge to what are traditional designs from her Northern heritage embracing both contemporary styles and traditional ways of the lands.
