On this episode of Learning to Grow with DJ Mkulima (The Farmer) we  discussed a cuddly molecule called myelin, a central aspect of fast and efficient neuronal communication. Our guest, Dr. Ben Emery Professor of Neuroscience at Oregon Health and Science University discussed his long time interest in brain insulation by myelin and how his lab’s cutting edge research is helping advance the science of and treatments for medical conditions involving myelin such as Multiple Sclerosis or MS.
