Last in Line Episode 13

Written by on November 2, 2022

This week’s playlist came from the Billboard Hot 100 chart from the week of July 25, 1987. Chicago managed to make an appearance twice, with songs “Niagra Falls” and “If She Would’ve Been Faithful…” Other big names included WhitesnakeBilly Idol, and Bruce Willis (yes, the guy from Sixth Sense and Armageddon). Personal favorites of mine included “Montego Bay” by Amazulu and “Give Me All Night” by Carly Simon. Check out the playlist and recording of the show below to find yours.

During this week in history, the 74th Tour de France was won by Stephen Roche of Ireland. The USSR launched its earth-study satellite, Kosmos 1870. The USSR also performed a nuclear test underground.
