Vltava (The Moldau) by Bedřich Smetana at the end of the show is a classical music first performed in 1875 by conductor Adolf Čech in Prague. Obviously the recording from the show is played by another more modern orchestra the Polish National Orchestra. Vltava is the river that runs through that part of Central/Eastern Europe and The Moldau is German name.
