Mr. Moo hails from the forested hills of the NW. A classically trained violinist since the age of eight, Mr. Moo expanded into music production six years ago, influenced by the vibrant community of amazing musicians, and DJs, and producers that keep the dance floors of Portland poppin’. For What The Fest, Mr. Moo will be joined onstage by Jon Van Cura of March Fourth. Together they will weave a sonic tapestry of violin, saxophone, guitar, and flute, floating over a hotbed of hypnotic gypsy riddims; unfolding the intersection of dub, cumbia, and instrumental psychedelia onto the dance floor. Live instruments paired with choice DJ cuts is the name of the game here, pulling out all the stops to keep people moving.
Mr. Moo is a regular performer at Oregon Country Fair, and a proud member of Portland’s BootyBump party crew.
