It’s my wifes birthday. That has nothing to do with this playlist. Happy birthday Marls. Tu es mi favorito. Here are two of my favorite records for the day. Fast and loud and crashing into kill yourself in the bathtub. Yep, it’s fall and I wish I was still in bed.
For today’s Night Driving, we go back 48 years to the first rock festival, the 1967 Monterey International Pop Festival. You’ll hear breakout performances by Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin, as well as some people you’ve never heard of, but should have!
