Break the Core: Glitchy Goodness
Written by kirani on November 2, 2020
A mix for the songs that sound like they’re breaking at the seams. Or is it the glitches holding the song together?
Alright so, this is late. Very late. 3 weeks late actually, this show played on October 12th. The video was made by datamoshing/databending the original several times and editing in the coolest looking sections into the original.
On october 19th I played the album Phwoa by Halley Labs Associates. Both of those shows are going into this post since they both have some glitchy stuff. Glitchy goodness is EDM, and Phwoa is more ambient.
The official upload of Phwoa:
The October 26th mix will be going up tomorrow night, along with the Halloween special. I wish I could have gotten them up sooner, but midterms hit pretty hard. The mix for November 2nd will play live at the correct time as per usual, and the show blog post for it will go up by Wednesday.
