SXSW!!! (is killing me)

Holy shit. I may die in Texas.

Just beginning day three (more or less) of SXSW Music Festival. Despite my comfy hotel room, I have not gotten a full nights sleep since last weekend. There is just too much going on to stay in bed. I’m not going to be posting complete blogs until I get home for two reason. First, I forgot to plan for a way to get pictures from my camera to my computer, and secondly, I just don’t have the time! I’m going to head back downtown in just a few minutes, but here is a partial list of the acts I’ve caught since I got to Austin: Emmylou Harris, Dale Earnhardt Jr Jr, Dom, Jessica Lea Mayfield, Givers, Typhoon, Beach Fossils, Romany and Rye, Little Screams, Tristen, Dum Dum Girls, Smith Westerns, Foster the People, Noah and the Whale, Portugal the Man, Charles Bradley and the Menehan Street Band, and TV on the Radio. More to come. I’m going to need at least three days of sitting on the couch doing absolutely nothing in order to recover from this little “vacation”.
