DJ Madd – Kingdom / Brooklyn Rudebwoy

Born in Hungary and currently residing in Brooklyn, New York, Peter Simon (also known as DJ Madd) has been carrying the torch for dub and sound system music for many years now. His next release due out on Dub-Stuy Records on May 26th sees him switch up the tempo from the usual 140 BPM (Beats Per Minute) style and direction that his productions often take. For this release, Madd steps up the tempo to 165 BPM for some faster paced stepper riddims still heavily rooted in dub music and loaded with 808’s and enough bass to test any sound system.

Out May 26th, 2015 on both 12″ vinyl and digital formats.
