ASB Sustainable Farming Benefit, Thursday @ Backspace

This Thursday at 7pm the PSU Student Leadership Center will be throwing a benefit concert at Backspace Cafe (115 NW 5th Ave). The concert will feature performances from Crooked Bars, We Shared Milk, Cat Stalks Bird, Star Party, Sarah Q, and the Vernons. This is a fundraiser for Portland State’s Alternative Spring Break Trip with Student Leaders for Service. Proceeds will help a group of PSU students travel to Northern California to participate in service-learning. They will be visiting sustainable, organic farms, urban food growers, and learning about some of the politics surrounding food production. Door price is $5 but all donations will be accepted.
