"I grew up in North Eastern Montana on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation in a town called Wolf Point. Unfortunately, there were wild packs of vicious wolves which roamed around the outskirts of our tiny villiage. I remember hearing their blood-curdling howls and snarls late at night. Occasionally, the wolves would go on sudden, violent rampages. They gnashed their teeth hard and tore down teepees and wigwams, often dragging 3 or 4 of us into the forest to feed. We didn't have MTV or fast food. I appreciate this much more now than when I was younger. I enjoy hearing all types of music. Portland, like other cities with poor, frustrated artists and hipsters (usually for better than for worse) is a musicial and artistic mecca. Living here excites me daily, providing a healthy dose of fresh thought provoking herbs. Music is the taproot from which I must feed. For without it my soul would quickly curl, wither, and run dead dry." -DJ Mean Jesus
