Don't Hurt Miles are pretty much the coolest band around. No shit. And they'll be down for Live Friday on July 25th. How cool is that? The band even features DJ Celery Stick and DJ Peanut Butta from KPSU's Snack Time!. Yes!
"Facts About Funerals are at the forefront of something unique: a hazy, slow-burning atmospheric rock band with a penchant for creating grandiose and overly nostalgic alt-country songs... At any given moment they sound similar to the alt-rock migration of late-era Sunny Day Real Estate, or the druggy confusion of any-era Sparklehorse—and it works quite well." - Ezra Ace Caraeff, PORTLAND MERCURY
Tune into Now I am Trendy Too to hear former KPSU Station Manager and all around awesome dude Darren Bridenbeck perform as What Can Skulls Tell us! It'll be so sweet your teeth will rot out.
Portland's own Derby plays a live acoustic set on That Sound, hosted by Dave Cusick. Tune in to hear them perform songs from and talk about their new album, Posters Fade.
