What The Flashback 2018 – What The Festival Tribute Mix

Written by DJ Mkulima (The Farmer) on June 14, 2018

What The Festival, Oregon’s premiere electronic dance music festival, is taking the year off from what would otherwise be What The Festival weekend. Learning to Grow with DJ Mkulima (The Farmer) has fond memories of What The Festival and the associated featured episodes with WTF artists and curators. In tribute and celebration, KPSU presents the 2018 What The Flashback special mix with WTF sound-bites!

Summer, the time for deep-rooted rituals tapping into our primal instincts. Connecting, loving, dancing, smiling, soaking in the sun, raking in the bounty of the sweat off our backs, the seeds we sew, and the love we spread.

Stream the archived episode here at KPSU, Soundcloud, or Mixcloud!

You can check out the What The Festival featured Learning to Grow episodes below! Featuring an interview with the founders of WTF, and both local and nationally acclaimed musical artists who have played at WTF! We love you What The Festival and cannot wait to see you all again next summer 2019!

As always, don’t forget to Keep on Growing out There!

Much love,

DJ Mkulima (The Farmer)
